About Me

I am a third generation real estate professional and have invested in Vancouver real estate since 1994.  My father and grandfather were broker/developers in the midwest and provided my first opportunities in land development, building and marketing.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh (1980) with an emphasis in marketing.  I spent 22 years in advertising and consulting for the food industry.  I was licensed as a Washington Real Estate agent in 2003 and have been affiliated with Century 21 Expert Realty since that time.

I specialize in residential real estate for both single and multi-family properties.  I also assist local developers and investors in site location for dividable residential property, commercial site location and

other specific project assignments.

My wife Dona and I have been married for 23 years and have three children.  We've lived in Vancouver for 15 years and have been active volunteers in youth soccer (CVSC and Orchards), church programs (New Heights) and other community involvement.
